Here is a few negative point we can get from the site:
1) The site still using old bux script.
2) The site using old type design. (A site can’t even pay for site design)
3) The site is paying $0.03 per click and up to $0.07 per premium click. The history shown that even 1 cent per click is not affordable, that mean the site is totally unsustainable.
From the above point,
we can get that either the site is an ad-only site,
or it is a scam site.
why is velvetclix and cash-harvest always down?

You can try to do speedtest to where the server of velvetclix and cash-harvest locate,
which you can know that if your ISP having problem with the server or not.
