I have met with some people who got banned from the adsense program when they reach cash out.
This site has 1 year old, it has very good prices $1.5 for 1000 hits.

I have been scammed by big names suchas mike gillespie,lawnchair,gorrilla,gdi etc to the limit of About$1000
they do notreply close your accounts and give misleading ads

i now e-gold is under courts scrutiny in some laww suitso are others but by the time law takes its course the run away

I also contact most of the owner personally.
Most of them showed that they have real advertiser,
not just some self-sponsored ads(This is very important to maintain the site).
I don’t know much about the law part,
